Returns

Returns are not accepted on customized items unless a mistake was made on our end. Please contact us if you have any problems or questions about your order.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: support@trutriocreations.com.

 

Please include your reason for return and proof of purchase for the item that you are returning. After your return request is reviewed, you will receive an email with your return shipping information.

 

Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment center, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Once processed, your item will be shipped to your provided address.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To return your product, please send an email to: support@trutriocreations.com

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
